After choosing your dream property, it’s time to remove it from the market by paying an initial deposit (which will be approximately 5,000 €).
To put your mind at rest, IMONT will get all the necessary legal documents of the property to check that everything is legal and debt free.
After that, IMONT will prepare the purchase contract or, if you have chosen a new built property, IMONT will check that the contract the builder has prepared is in your best interest.
When it’s time to complete on your property, the purchase deed will be signed at the Notary’s office and, from that moment, you will be the happy owner of your property.
