Thanks to the intervention of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Lorca, Imont Legal & Taxes has had the opportunity to participate from 19th to 20th October 2024 in the Second Home Expo Ghent Fair to promote our services and make ourselves known in the Belgian market. In order to finalise the stand set up, we travelled to the fairgrounds on the 18th of October.
From the stand we have provided advice on buying and selling real estate and taxation for residents and non-residents, highlighting the interest of visitors to the Costa Cálida as an ideal environment to purchase their second home in Spain.
The participation in the fair is organised by the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Lorca and co-financed by INFO (Instituto de Fomento Región de Murcia) and the European Union through FEDER funds (European Regional Development Fund).
