This year 2024 Imont celebrates its 20th anniversary in a magical evening with its key partners, marking two decades of success in advising international clients on the purchase and sale of properties in Spain. At the event, held at the charming Mar de Sal Restaurant, speeches by David Sánchez, Nathalie Romero and Isabel Montesinos, founder and CEO, highlighted the company’s achievements and evolution.
Isabel Montesinos, in an emotional speech, evoked the origins of the company, inspired by her personal experience of buying a home abroad. Knowing the challenges faced by international buyers due to legal differences and language barriers was her main motivation to create a firm dedicated to guiding and providing legal security to those looking to purchase property in Spain.
Over the past 20 years, Imont has experienced significant growth, expanding its services to cater to an increasingly diverse clientele, especially after Brexit, with an increase in demand for residence permits and sales and purchases. The firm currently has four offices located in San Javier, La Zenia, Finestrat and Madrid, offering legal, tax and procedural advice in a variety of languages. Not all law firms can offer such a complete service.
Excellence in customer service and professionalism have been fundamental pillars in the development of Imont, which not only facilitates the purchase and sale of homes, but also accompanies its clients in the management of taxes, visas and inheritance, always adapting to the new demands of the market.
